Whit progress

Whit was the Schnibble pattern chosen by Sinta and Sherri for A Lovely Year of Schnibbles. I have done a few of the mini flying geese units throughout the month, but it was only in the last week of the month that I've focussed on this project and I trimmed all 160 flying geese at our Guild's UFO day. It was only on Sunday that I realised I didn't have enough of the Kona Ash to add the last border to the quilt and to bind it. The Kona Ash should arrive tomorrow but I need to focus on a customer quilt before I go on holiday so I'm just going to pack this away until I get back home after our trip to Venice.

The fabrics are one charm pack of Vintage Modern and one of Miss Kate paired with Kona graphite and ash.

And I plan to finish this in October for ALYOF

Your version looks great using 2 different fabric lines and 2 different backgrounds. I'm not that adventurous (I really need to break out of my box), but it really works.
