Last Saturday e held our first meeting of Jersey Modern Quilt Group for 2021 and we presented a group quilt made in lockdown to Georgie of Beresford Street Kitchen. It is to be used as a fundraiser for the charity in September.
We used this free pattern for the bento box block and took the logo of the charity for colour inspiration. Kim pieced the blocks together and bound the quilt which I quilted. I love this simple rounded rectangular design called Circuits by Anne Bright.
It was so lovely to see everyone and I came home feeling totally exhausted. To be honest I just left everything in the car apart from my handbag and phone.
