This my aviatrix medallion quilt after border 1.
And here it is with border 2. Border 2 is the only border to be pure colour, so it really draws the eye in. I plan to attach border 3 at our group UFO day on Sunday as well as work on a social tote. I plan to cut my pieces today ready for Sunday.

This is just gorgeous so far! It seems as if *everyone* is working on an Aviatrix Medallion! I kinda want to jump on the bandwagon, but also know my quilting pace (snail-like, since I get about an average of 1 hr per day to sew). Yours is looking fabulous, though! I will enjoy the growth of the medallion vicariously through you :)
