Quick on the draw

This must be an all time record fo me. The pencil lines sketch went up at 8pm, I printed the photos whilst watching Gordon Ramsay and I was finished the layout by 9.40 pm last night. Woohoo.

I used a sheet of Noteworthy paper for the background and Creative Imaginations scalloped paper as a mat.

Lovely day

How lovely to see so many people on Saturday and what great work everyone was producing. I finished three layouts completely and have one in progress.

I have now booked three crops for February and March and they are listed on the right hand side. Let me know if you can make the February crop.

Crop day

The first crop of 2008 and it's 8.43 am. So what am I doing - the usual - printing out photos at the last minute. The printer and the camera weren't cooperating last night, but a reboot sorted them out. So here are my LOAD layouts for days 8 to 11 of January. That should be four layouts if I can remember what layouts I did.

Seaworld just needed some journalling but the E fell off the disk for my big dymo so that meant I had to abandon my dymo idea and throw the disk away.

Boys will be boys just needed the title block and patterned paper on LHS.

JJC dinner I did from scratch at Tuesday's group and when I came to upload it the same night to BPS couldn't get on the internet so am out of the big prize drawing.

Here is today's from Matthew's birthday party in December. the photos of Matthew with the cake were rubbish so had to make do, never mind. Thanks to Tracy for orgainising the climbing.

Brilliant day

I almost forgot to upload this layout to the BPS daily challenge gallery. I had almost finished it yesterday morning and only had a few letters to adhere and then photograph the whole layout. We went shopping,ate lunch and then went to a geocaching event that we eventually got home from at about 8.30 pm.we were tired and damp but it was a good tired IYKWIM.

The layout is about a geocache find in Lizard Quarry. Lovely views despite the mist last weekend. Scraplifted from a new Scrapbook Trends which arrived on Friday. So busy I haven't read them all or the magazines Joanne lent me last week.

Time to take down the decrations this morning before the children go to the panto this afternoon.

Another layout from a crop last year that only required journalling but took 4 months to get around to doing and about 20 minutes to check the spelling on place names and to complete.

LayOut a Day

There is a challenge running on bigpicturescrapbooking.com to complete a layout a day in January. I have decided to finish off my Christmas journal and any other half finished layouts that I come across. One such layout is this one of Belem which I completed at a crop and hadn't done the journalling for.
